Changing JOB_WALLCLOCK_TIME for case.st_archive

Changing JOB_WALLCLOCK_TIME for case.st_archive does not seem to work. It always gets overridden by the case.run JOB_WALLCLOCK_TIME.

./xmlchange JOB_WALLCLOCK_TIME=0:20:00 --subgroup case.st_archive

For instance, after I run the above cmd, ./preview_run still shows:

SUBMIT CMD:
qsub -q main -l walltime=12:00:00 -A UMSU0016 -l job_priority=regular -W depend=afterok:0 -v ARGS_FOR_SCRIPT='--resubmit' case.st_archive

Is there something I am missing?

I am used to changing this in my case's env_workflow.xml file. See if that works.

I have tried that but the st_archive walltime always gets overridden by case.run walltime.

In env_workflow.xml, I set the wallclocks as follows:

qsub -q main -l walltime=01:30:00 -A UMSU0016 -l job_priority=regular -W depend=afterok:0 -v ARGS_FOR_SCRIPT='--resubmit' case.st_archive

and ./case.submit also requests 01:30:00 for both run and st_archive.

I'm guessing that this is a bug in that version of the code. I tried that code and had the same problem. I think it was probably fixed as part an update to ccs_config. But I'm not quite sure what the specific fix is and how to implement that in your code.
You could try posting in the infrastructure forum to see if they have any recommendations.
