Model did not complete when use CESM2.1.3

Hello:
There was an error when I use the CAM compset "FC2010climo", something went wrong when I type the "./case.submit" command. Below is error message:

The last line in log file indicates "** On entry to DGBSV parameter number 6 had an illegal value" . Has anyone meet this problem?

I have encountered the same problem and it got solved once I re-install my Lapack. Thanks for your posts!
