Dear Team,
I am analyzing esm-ssp585-ssp126Lu LUMIP simulations of CESM2.
I was wanting to plot the treeFrac Daten which I thought could be treated as the "input" / "forcing" difference compared to the esm-ssp585 simulations.
However, on ESGF I could not find this output. Thus, I was wondering if I could instead use the treeFrac from the ssp126 simulations and compare it to the treeFrac of the esm-ssp585 simulations, since the esm-ss585-ssp126Lu simulations use the land use change from ssp126. Is this okay to do? Does CESM2 have dynamic vegetation switched on in these simulations which would then mean that treeFrac can change based on climatic conditions?
Thanks for your help!
