All zero output from CAM

Recently I am trying to transport iCESM1.3 to another HPC

In old HPC, the output from cam is normal and can run successfully
But in the new HPC, the output from cam is all zero while the output from pop is normal.The case can be built and run successfully.

When the case come into crush, I can get
Could not print backtrace: unrecognized DWARF version in .debug_info at 6
after the ERROR BUG.

I find there is a difference between the new and old HPC that
In the new HPC, NETCDF/lib
libnetcdff.so: cannot open `libnetcdff.so' (No such file or directory)
they use module binutils to manage these files
Is this problem cased the output is all zeros output from CAM

OR is there any way to test, explore or solve this problem ?
