Oh Keith , thank you for your kind reply.

This problem had trapped me for days till you showed up.

I asked a supercomputer worker, neither she nor I could answer.

I see build logs in your attachment but can you attach the run logs from your case (lnd.log...., atm.log...., etc.)
Also, can you attach your lnd_in, datm_in, and datm.streams. files?
What version of CLM/CESM are you using (i.e., the output of git describe).
Has the model been successfully ported to your machine? Have you run any cases at all successfully?

Offhand, with ground temperatures that high, I would suspect something wrong with the atmospheric forcing perhaps.

The version is 2.1.13.

The run logs seemed disappear after running.

Cases had finished but I didn't know whether success or not.

This is the first time I port CESM 2.1.13 to my machine.

I didn't change any atm forcing configuration.

I found run logs in archive directory.

I assume you mean cesm2.1.3, not cesm2.1.13.
If the model finished successfully and the archiving script worked, then the log files would be in your archive directory for that case, which seems to be:
/mnt/bbj/cesm2/archive/I2000Clm50Sp002/logs according to your previous post.
But, if this is the first attempt at porting to your machine, have you followed these steps, in particular, run the tests that are suggested to test and validate the port?

Thank you very much!

I'll try to test. I forgot it.
