Is F_2000_CAM5 forced by cycled emission data in 2000?

Hello everyone, my CESM version is 1.2.2.
I want to modify SST boundry data to discover observational SST's(from 1979-2021) impact on atmospheric variability.
To achieve this goal, i use FAMIPC5 compset to simulate the period of 1979-2021 and modify user_nl_cam to the same emission configuration as F_2000_CAM5(FC5).
So here i have 2 questions:
1. Is F_2000_CAM5 forced by cycled emission data in 2000? If answer is true, i can say the atmospheric variability are driven by observational SST.
2. I find that there still some different variable values listed below in lnd_in between these two compsets, are these differences affect my conclusion that "atmospheric variability are driven by observational SST"?

FAMIPC5:
fpftdyn='surfdata.pftdyn_1.9x2.5_simyr1850-2005_c091108.nc'
fsurdat='surfdata_1.9x2.5_simyr1850_c091108.nc'

FC5:
NO "fpftdyn" variable
fsurdat = 'surfdata_1.9x2.5_simyr2000_c091005.nc'

Hello HBzheng,

Please note that at this time, CESM1.2 and iCESM1.2 are only supported for deep time paleoclimate and water isotope applications, respectively. Are you using the model for one of those purposes? If so, I will direct this to the appropriate forum. If not, I apologize that we are no longer able to provide support for CESM1.2; we encourage you to update to the CESM2 series. See Support Policy | Community Earth System Model for support details.

For 1, you may be able to check the atm namelist for the run which emissions dataset is being used and the cycling option, to confirm whether it is forced by cycled emission data in 2000.
